Giving love, receiving love making love are spiritual acts and can be gateways to the experience of God. God is love.
Affirmation: Today, I allow the principle of Love to flow through my mind, through my speech, and into my actions. I arrive today at a place where love is present, and all people are safe. I know that by choosing Love I create a world around me that works for all, for Love is the path to freedom and today I choose to be free.

As the calendar year draws to a close Light returns to our world, it is a good time to release the stuff which no longer serves us. It is a time for releasing ideas and attitudes that no longer serve is as well. We will have a releasing Ceremony as part of the Sunday Celebration of Life. You’re Invited

Ac.cording to some counts, between Nov 1 and Jan 15 there are 27 holidays celebrated by seven of the world’s major religions. Where is something deep within the human consciousness that calls forward these celebrations. It is linked to the fact of shorter days and longer nights in the northern hemisphere of our planet. With solstice the light begins to return and consciously or not, we all experience the shift. On Sunday we will celebrate the return of light. You’re Invited

This is a lofty sounding idea but whether we know it or not we all have a Vision. Our personal vision may change over time and it may also be many faceted at any moment. As the days grow shorter and the nights are longer, we are automatically biologically pulled into reflective and contemplative thought and self-awareness. It is a good time to consider the vision which pulls you forward into each day and guides you in your choices and vales. Today we will explore the concepts of vision and our individual relationship to a greater vision spurred by an inner calling to Life.

The holidays invoke joy and excitement sometimes mixed with depression, sadness, and dread. It is a time when our expectations of “how things should be” are measured against “how things really are.” This comparison leads people to joyful anticipation or frustration and disappointed; appreciations and gratitude or disappointment and sadness. Wherever you find yourself in this continuum, you have the power to bring greater Joy, Gratitude, and Love into your celebrations of this season.
