Thanksgiving is about recognizing our blessings and appreciating all the things for which we are grateful. Hanukkah celebrates the faith that keeps the Light when darkness seems inevitable. The Winter Solstice rejoices in the Light emerging from the dark. Christmas honors the birth of a new possibility in the Human experience. Kwanzaa celebrates community and unity in diversity. New Year’s Eve and Day invite us to acknowledge and release the past while preparing for a brilliant new future.
